General Conditions

1. The condidates need to be physically fit for which a medical certificate shall be submitted from the Chief Medical Officer or any Government Hospital at the time of admission which shall be verified by the Medical Board of the Institute.

2. The candidate shall produce the original mark sheets and certificate at the time of admission will be returned after verification by the concerned Board/Council/University.

3. No candidate shall leave the course before the completion of its duration otherwise is the certificate money and all other fee so deposited shall ne forfeited.

4. All the candidate shall abide by the Rules framed by the Institute from time to time and any violation thereof will attract disciplinary action.

Admission Procedures

1. All the candidate shall apply for admission only on the prescribed Admission from as given in the Admission Brochuer-2019. It will be available from the office of the Institute on cash payment of Rs. 300/- or Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank of Rs. 350/- (including Postage/Courier Charges) in name of Dr.P.S.M. College of Nursing Hospital, to be payable at Narkhera (Bilaspur).

2. Brochure and application from will be available at Institute from 15 July 2019 To 29 July 2019.

3. Last date of submission of form 29 July Admission from received after the last date shall not be entertained.

4. List of candidate for interview will be displayed on notice board of office at 30 July every year.

5. Condidate will be called for an interview before the board on 31 July after preliminary screening of application form.

6. The Board will look into the candidate's overall personality, presentation, communication skill, intelligent test, general knowledge of current affairs, knowledge of basis of Medicare etc.

7. In case a selected candidate fails to take admission on the last date of admission ,her candidature shall not be considered for admission later on. The seats so failing vacant will be allotted to the candidate next in order of merit.

8. If a condidate is found using any unfair means to influence the Board member's or providing false document or statement then, her admission shall be cancelled without giving any further opportunity.

9. The Institute shall not entertain any influence, pressure or donation in any form for admission.

10. The list of selected candidates will be displayed on notice of the office 5 august every year.

11. The admission shall be made only on the basis of inter merit of the candidate. In case of two or more candidates abtained equal marks, their total marks at class XI and X respectively shall be taken into consideration. Even then the tie is not broken, the older in age will be placed higher on merit.

List of Encloser

Candidate are required to attach the follwing the documents with the properly filled application from duly attested by Gazetted officer/Head of Institute last attended.

1. A demand draft 300/- for entrance examination favour of "Dr.P.S.M. College of Nursing & Hospital" payable at Narkhera (Bilaspur) of any nationalized bank.

2. Attested Xerox copy of High School Marksheet & High School Certificate (For Date of Birth).

3. Attested Xerox copy of Intermediate (10+2) Marksheet & Intermediate (10+2) Certificate.

4. Xerox Copy of Character Certificate. 5. Passport size colored photograph (Seven) Affixed on the application form.
