General Conditions

1. Candidates must be physically fit and submit a medical fitness certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer or any Government Hospital at the time of admission. The certificate will be verified by the Institute's Medical Board.
2. Candidates must produce original mark sheets and certificates during admission for verification by the concerned Board/Council/University. The original documents will be returned after successful verification.
3. No candidate shall discontinue the course before its completion. In such cases, the security deposit and all other fees paid shall be forfeited.
4. Every candidate must follow the rules and regulations framed by the Institute. Any violation of the rules may lead to disciplinary action.

Admission Procedure

1. Admission applications must be submitted only through the prescribed admission form available with the Institute.
2. Application forms and brochures are available from the Institute office on payment of the prescribed fee.
3. Applications received after the last date will not be accepted.
4. The interview list will be displayed on the Institute notice board.
5. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview after preliminary screening.
6. The selection committee will evaluate personality, communication skills, aptitude, general knowledge, and awareness of healthcare.
7. Failure to complete admission before the prescribed deadline will result in cancellation of candidature.
8. Submission of false information or unfair practices will result in immediate cancellation of admission.
9. The Institute does not accept any recommendation, pressure, or donation for admission.
10. The final merit list will be displayed on the Institute notice board.
11. Admissions will be granted strictly on merit. In case of a tie, Class XII, Class X marks, and age will be considered.

Documents Required

Candidates must attach the following self-attested documents along with the completed application form:

• Demand Draft for the prescribed application fee.
• Attested copy of High School Mark Sheet & Certificate.
• Attested copy of Intermediate (10+2) Mark Sheet & Certificate.
• Character Certificate.
• Seven recent passport-size colour photographs.
